Q) When will my order ship?

A: Order Processing takes 2-3 business days. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Once your order has shipped, please allow enough time for USPS processing for tracking information to update and 5-7 business days to arrive if it is regular ground shipping. Please note that weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times so please keep this in mind in determining your shipping method.

Q) Do you offer Expedited Shipping?

A: Yes! We offer $12 Flat rate expedited shipping on all orders.  Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Once your order has shipped, please allow 2-3 business days to arrive. Please note that Sunday's and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times so please keep this in mind in determining your shipping method.

Q) Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?

A: Per request, we can ship to APO/FPO and PO Boxes. Delivery time to APO/FPO and PO Boxes varies and is generally longer than our standard 4-10 business day Ground Shipping. Please contact us at 813.207.0400, Monday thru Saturday from 10am to 8pm EST or email us at info@ahaleyboutique.com with your request, and we will be able to assist you in placing your order.

Q) Can I order a product online and pick it up at the store?

A: Yes! If you wish to pick up your order at our Tampa, Florida location, please select "in store pickup" option at checkout. This will eliminate the shipping cost from your order.  Yay! 

Q) Is it possible that you could sell out of an item before it ships?

A: This should not be an issue as our products are taken out of inventory when sold. However, since we only carry a limited number of our products, things will sell quickly! If for some reason we were to sell out of an item that you ordered, we will notify you via email and of course refund the transaction.
